Blair Gowrie
Blair Gowrie is the pen-name of Roderick Macdonald and, apart from poetry, he writes novels, short stories, musicals and song lyrics. Although born in Oxford, England, he has lived for most of is life in Thailand. Somewhat unusual for these modern times, Blair writes poetry that both scans and rhymes. He feels that this is the way to write real poetry and that he is following in the footsteps of the legendary English poets Chaucer, Shakespeare and Wordsworth.

Blair's novels are, to a certain extent, based on his own experiences but are largely the result of his own fertile imagination.
