The Albion Conspiracy
In Switzerland a British tourist dies violently on the ski slopes. In Russia a top scientist conducts cutting-edge research under the scrutiny of the state secret police. In France a world-weary detective hunts Arab terrorists bombing the streets of Paris. In England the Special Intellignece Service secretly monitors an internaitonal conference of the World Health Organisation. These four apaprently unrelated threads converge. The fly in the ointment is Alan Russell, a British Government interpreter, whose car collides with another driven by Russian journalist Nina Petrova. The consequences of that collision penetrate the highest ranks of British Intelligence and transform Russell’s life. Overtaken by events beyond his control, plunged into the callous world of international espionage, he has no choice but to participate in The Albion Conspiracy.
