Biography
Fred Pirat
Fred Pirat studies at the French Louis Lumière School until 1988. After 1 year at the French Ambassy's cultural centre of Yaoundé (Cameroon) as Production Manager, Fred participates to short films, ads, and some major French TV programs as a sound engineer. In the meantime, he continues writing with passion radio programs for France Culture, a French public radio station. Digital technologies start to appear in studios. He engages in this promising area, participates in the European development of US-based software publishing startups. He discovers Computer Generated Images and Digital Media technologies. From 2007, he produces short films, CGI, innovative corporate movies. From 2013, Fred is part-time teaching filmmaking within Versailles Saint Quentin University (France).
