Author/illustrator Peggy J. Adams graduated from Adrian, Mi

With a major in art design and English literature. Later

While pursuing an interest in theater, Peggy traveled

to Southern, Ca. where she went to Mt. San Jaciento

college to attend classes in voice and acting. Peggy

is a Phi Theta Kappa graphic communications graduate

of KVCC in Kalamazoo, Michigan, a charter member

of Women in the Arts, and the Society of Children’s

Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI).

In this book Peggy uses her skills to communicate a plot

behind the adventure children read. EMMA the TATTOOED

OSTRICH is a dedication to four life friends whose

childhood bond created countless hours of imaginative

entertainment. Within these artistic stories we hope

to extend the wonderment of this amazing friendship

to new worlds of children.
