G. Inskip is the pen name of a Veterinary Surgeon who graduated in the early 2010s and started her professional life as a Mixed Practitioner in the untamed wilds of Co. Durham. A series of injuries and house moves eventually meant a transfer into small animal practice in the North West, where she lives with her husband, 2 spaniels and 2 cats.

Her writing is a mix of humour and emotion, and is loosely based on her personal experiences of practice life.
