Controlling Charlotte synopsis:

Continuing on from Introducing Charlotte X. Charlotte has plunged into the lifestyle head first – well, Charlotte doesn’t do anything by halves. Still unsure Charlotte looks to her friends for guidance, but who can she truly trust? This lifestyle is nothing like anything she has ever known, where control dominates, but who truly has control? Charlotte, thinking she is in control, embarks on a journey within a lifestyle of which she knows very little about. Her lust for a full-blown sexual relationship with Lloyd is what keeps her going. But this is not control, and her body language and defensive behaviour tells a much different story, as she bumbles her way through her new life. But never fear, Lloyd is on hand to teach her some new tricks with his games, and using the rules of the BDSM lifestyle he is set to sharpen her mind as well as recondition her thinking. But will Charlotte be able to trust Lloyd, the way he wants her to, before he takes the next step in their relationship? Is Charlotte everything that Lloyd thinks she is, and will she be able to fulfil all his needs? Only time will tell, as Charlotte learns how to play the games of the mind, and recondition her way of thinking, so that she will be able to take control of who she really is and what she really wants out of life. Will she be able to seduce Lloyd into her world of sexual desires, where Lloyd loses his control? Or are there others trying to control their desires? Charlotte has a lot to learn as the lust she holds for Lloyd burns deep within her soul.

This is just to tease my many fans that book two is on its way. I know many of them can’t wait! Controlling Charlotte is now on its final stages and will be out soon. about Introducing Charlotte:

When Charlotte bumps into her old friend Anthony she is at her lowest… Shocked by the revelation of her escape from a controlling and abusive relationship, Anthony enlists the help of Nats and Lloyd to help Charlotte find the confidence she once had. Charlotte is unaware, however, of the darker side of her friends’ lifestyle. And although Lloyd is deeply attracted to her, Charlotte is broken, hurt, and lacks control. As Lloyd sets to work coming up with unique ideas to bring Charlotte back to life, she is introduced to an intimate world of secret passions and desire.

Format: Kindle Edition

First off, let’s get the technical stuff out of the way. This is a well-written tale with a narrative that doesn’t grate and is easy to move through. A skill that not all writers possess, to state the obvious.
Introducing Charlotte does exactly what the title states, and in more ways than one. The story begins by introducing the reader to Charlotte at a particular turning point in her life and we come to understand something of who she is and what makes her tick as we see her at this emotionally testing time. Later, after we think we’ve come to know Charlotte, Charlotte herself is introduced to… something… I’m not one for giving spoilers, so I’ll just say that she’s introduced to something dark and delicious, and this introduction is handled with sensitivity and aplomb. Reading this book is like experiencing a hot date; anticipation… then hope… then desire… then escalating desire…. then, ultimately, satisfaction. Five Stars!

I don’t really know what I was expecting but not an introduction into bdsm! It was so well written and I thoroughly enjoyed reading the book! Not really knowing much about that way of life other than what I’ve read in fifty shades, Charlotte Hains has really taught me so much! She goes into such depth explaining everything about the way of life that you feel like you’re part of the story too 🙂

Charlotte Hains
Charlotte Hains left the UK for France after deciding she needed a change, taking on the huge project of renovating a house. In the UK her life consisted of getting up, going to work, coming home, going to bed, and just surviving. She now enjoys French life within the community of the village in which she lives, and feels privileged to be part of it. She describes her French neighbours as fantastic, offering her help in every way they can, and says she might have given up long ago if they hadn’t been so understanding.
With her house nearly finished she found herself with long nights and lots of thumb twiddling, reading anything she could get on her iPad. In honesty, she admits it was here that Fifty Shades of Grey caught her eye. Unbeknownst to her, her sister was reading it as well. Her sister thought that, because Charlotte has such a creative side, maybe she’d be able to write a book too. As a joke, Charlotte emailed her sister her stories, also written on her iPad. She researched blogs and BDSM sites on the internet, and so Introducing Charlotte came alive. Before she knew it, Charlotte had over 150,000 words which she’d sent by email in instalments to her sister, and there was more than enough for a book...or maybe even two!
