Dr. Hamdy El-Rayes, MBA, Ph.D. is a mental wellness coach and founder of H.R. Mental Wellness Centre.

Since 2006, he has been offering the Mental Wellness program at the Centre to facilitate healing from depression/anxiety. His own personal experience with depression has helped him to understand mental illness and develop effective approaches to heal using conventional approaches and ancient philosophies.

He is the author of the book, Mental Wellness: A Spiritual Journey. It offers integrated practical solutions to foster the connection between mind, body, and spirit and facilitate healing from mental illness.
