Cramped Quarters Book 1
Not everyone has a ghost, but we do. She arrived in a Victorian trunk that my wife and I purchased. Her name is Mary, and she exists in her camelback trunk on our carport.
Our ghost has been quiet for the last month or two.
I’ve tried not to rush her. Mary has never been summoned or conjured by me or my family. We firmly believe in giving her a wide berth.
She drifts in and out as she sees fit – her ‘appearances’ sporadic and unique. I’d suggest our ghost is creative, even in her new plane of existence.
I now know her last name.
For the past three nights, Mary has come to me in my dreams, each more wonderful and, yet, more disturbing than the previous.
It struck me this morning that each of these visits materialized in black and white, a technical aspect of my normal dreams being that they’re almost always in color.
I’ll try my best to show you what Mary has shown me, rather than merely telling you her story, because she dazzled me.
