Gordon Atkins
I was born in Doncaster and educated in Worksop. I spent twenty five years in I.T. working for the family business, where we created a series of computer software products for the police, military and local authorities to use for emergency planning and event management called AtlasOPS and Atlas AIMS. I was made redundant a few years after the business was bought out. I then decided to follow my heart and not my head by becoming a writer.
