Just Between Us

Sofie Jacobs first asked her mom to keep a journal with her when she was nine years old. That idea turned into Just Between Us: a no-stress, no-rules journal for girls and their moms that other mothers and daughters have used to deepen their relationships. Sofie is a senior at Thomas Wootton High School in Rockville, Md. She currently serves as International Vice President of Communications and Globalization for BBYO; managing editor of her school newspaper; and member of her student government. She's looking forward to studying communications and public policy in college.
